These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications and services provided by Pinewood Creations LLC ("Smorgiapps," "we," "us," or "our"), including Smorgi, BubbleText, MindfulAI Keyboard, No Time to Speed, CharacterAI Keyboard, and smorgiapps.com (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. For Smorgi (which provides sports betting and prediction market analysis), you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age for such activities in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Some features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

5. Smorgi — Important Disclaimers

Smorgi is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

• Smorgi does not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results. Edge scores are AI-generated estimates, not guarantees.
• You are solely responsible for any betting or trading decisions you make.
• Smorgi is not a sportsbook, exchange, or prediction market. We do not facilitate bets or trades.
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding sports betting and prediction markets in your jurisdiction.
• You must be 18+ to use Smorgi.

6. Keyboard Apps — Data Processing

BubbleText, MindfulAI, and CharacterAI keyboards process all text locally on your device. We do not have access to, transmit, or store any text you type using our keyboards. MindfulAI and CharacterAI may send anonymized prompts to AI services to generate suggestions — no personal identifying information is included.

7. No Time to Speed — Driving Disclaimer

No Time to Speed is a supplementary tool and should not be your sole means of monitoring speed. Always obey posted speed limits and traffic laws. We are not liable for any traffic violations, accidents, or damages that occur while using the app. Do not interact with the app while driving.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Pinewood Creations LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated means to access our Services without permission
• Resell or redistribute our Services

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMORGIAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
